Bill has over 30 years of Arizona New Home Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Management as well as an extensive Public Relations background. He has earned numerous real estate awards and recognitions and is regarded as an expert consultant in the industry.
His background, knowledge, and experience include real estate development and residential home building. His ability to translate market data to determine buyer profiles and product development are key strengths and valuable assets to clients. Forecasting sales and directional planning are additional assets.
A resident of Arizona for more than 35 years, Bill has experienced the Valley’s growth first hand. As a Principal, then Executive Vice-President/Chief Operational Officer for Coldwell Banker Developers Marketing Services, he personally managed and directed the company to become the Premier Sales and Marketing Firm in Arizona. Since the inception of Signature Properties in 2005, Bill has been ranked as one of the top 20 Residential Brokers in the Business Journals Book of Lists.
Bill is an active member of the National and Arizona Homebuilder's Associations, the NAR, and the Scottsdale Board of Realtors. He is a Trustee and Board of Governor’s Member in Builders Marketing Society, a national organization of Real Estate Sales and Marketing Firms.
Trudy Hammond, Vice President / Director of Sales
With over 25 years of Residential Real Estate experience, Trudy’s interest and expertise in the marketplace focuses on the Luxury Home Buyer and Market. Her background of Sales Management, Homebuilding and Interior Design has earned her numerous accolades and awards. She has consistently been ranked as one of the top 10 Residential Real Estate Agents in the Business Journal's Book of Lists. Trudy is a Board of Governor’s Member of Builders Marketing Society, and a member of the NAR and Scottsdale Board of Realtors.

A Scottsdale resident for more than 25 years, she possesses the professional sales skills to match buyers with lifestyle. Her in-depth knowledge of homes and homebuilding is a valuable asset to Developers in product design and finish selection. Her Sales and Sales Management experience provides clients with personal services unmatched in the industry. Kelley Dominguez, Senior Sales Associate
Growing up in a family of real estate in Arizona, Kelley obtained her Real Estate license at the age of 18, the minimum age of Arizona Licensure. She continued her education at Northern Arizona University and earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing in 2004. She has consistently been ranked as one of the top 10 Residential Real Estate Agents in the Business Journal's Book of Lists. Kelley serves as Co-Executive Director for one of the largest business networking organizations in the world, known as BNI. She is a longtime member of the NAR, and the Scottsdale Board of Realtors.
Pursuing her passion and dream, she joined Signature Properties as a Sales Associate and later was promoted to Senior Sales Associate. Her strong sales ability coupled with a high degree of personal service compliments her thorough knowledge of the real estate process.
Her career path is now focused on the Luxury Home Market and Urban Condominium Sales. As Senior Sales Associate, she oversees a team of sales and support personnel. |
